I want to thank you... I must say that ordering things online usually ends up being a disaster in circumstances similar to this, but you all have been really great to work with.

NoFlatTires.net promply took care of my original order. When it was found that the yellow tires I had ordered were not being made anymore he promptly contacted me and offered me the black ones or my money back. I went with the black tires and the order arrived very quickly. Once I got them I realized I ordered the wrong size by mistake. Alex was very helpful in getting me an RMA and turning around my order to get me the correct size. NoFlatTires.net has fast shipping and some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.
