Any discrepancy with your order must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt. All damages caused during shipping must be reported to Customer Service immediately. Refunds Policy
All merchandise unless otherwise indicated on the product listing may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a full refund (minus shipping). No returns on special orders or merchandise that is used or shows sign of wear or damage. No returns after 30 days. Customers are required to contact NoFlatTires to obtain a return authorization request form for all returns. A 20% restocking fee may apply. Once your return has been inspected please allow 15 days for credit to be applied to the credit card used for purchase. The shipping cost is non-refundable unless it's our error and we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item). Any defective items will be replaced immediately with same item number only. All returns must be in the original condition and packaging. Exchange Policy
We only accept exchanges for new and never used items with all accessories and packing. Please send back the items within 15 days upon receipt. All return packages must be insured, exchanges will be sent out within 5-7 days once the return has been received. Buyers are always responsible for all the shipping charges.
Warranty Policy
The NoFlatTires stands behind all manufacturers warranties. The item must be warranty inspected by the NoFlatTires and/or the manufacturer before an item is deemed a warranty.
If covered under warranty the product may be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion. The original receipt must accompany the warranty request. |
